01 Introduction

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

To use ZY999's full range of features — including betting, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claiming — you must register a player account. The registration process is straightforward and typically takes less than two minutes.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details — including a fake name, incorrect date of birth, or a phone number that does not belong to you — is a violation of these Terms and can result in your account being permanently closed.

04 Deposits & Payments

ZY999 operates in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). All deposits, account balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied on standard transactions.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. This includes confirming your identity and, where applicable, your payment method.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Bonus funds that have not cleared the wagering requirement are not available for withdrawal.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ZY999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bingo cards, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and seasonal offers tied to events like the Pakistan Super League (PSL) or international cricket tournaments.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless specific terms for a promotion state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in line with the specific promotional terms. Not all bonuses are credited instantly — some require a qualifying deposit first.
• Each bonus offer has an associated wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement). This states how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific requirement is stated on each promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited.

• Bets are final once confirmed. ZY999 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except in cases where an obvious system error or pricing mistake occurred.
• In the case of a technical fault during a live game session — such as a disconnection before a round is completed — ZY999 will resolve the round in line with its fair gaming policy. The platform logs all sessions and outcomes are verifiable.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. These are shown at the time of placing a bet or entering a game.
• All cricket, football, esports, and other sports markets on ZY999 are settled according to official results from recognised governing bodies. In the event of abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the rules stated for that market type.
• ZY999 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started where the bet was placed as a result of an error in the odds feed.
• Suspected match manipulation or the use of automated betting systems (bots) to exploit markets is prohibited. Accounts found using such methods will be closed and balances reviewed.

Game outcomes in all casino products, including slots and live casino, are determined by certified random number generation. Results cannot be influenced by ZY999, the player, or any third party.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZY999 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Using another person's payment method to fund your account without their explicit authorisation.
• Attempting to exploit glitches, software errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.

13 Changes to Terms
